Phillip Cease
Phillip Cease graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2009. After graduation he worked for Governor Sanford as a Policy Assistant and then as the Washington Representative. After Governor Sanford’s term expired, Phillip worked for Treasurer Curtis Loftis.
